A Place Of Humanity

Regensburg's Bishop Voderholzer opens a new hospice

"A place of humanity"

In keeping with the motto "Every day is a gift," a new hospice has opened in the Bavarian city of Regensburg. The hospice is run by the Order of Saint John and has 16 beds for the terminally ill.

Regensburg's Bishop Rudolf Voderholzer opened the hospice on Friday, calling it "a place of humanity." He said that the hospice would provide a "home away from home" for the terminally ill, where they could receive compassionate care and support.

The hospice is located in a quiet area of Regensburg, surrounded by gardens. It has a large common room, a dining room, and a chapel. The rooms are bright and airy, and they all have a view of the gardens.

The staff at the hospice is made up of experienced nurses and social workers. They are committed to providing the highest quality of care to the patients and their families.

The hospice is a much-needed addition to the Regensburg community. It will provide a much-needed service to the terminally ill and their families.
